As part of a ‘live’ art-science event exploring our complex relationship with lipids and fat, Snezhka and I helped make a Fatberg! 3-Days of Fat is a collaboration between artists Mike Thompson/Thought Collider, Arne Hendriks and King’s College London. The exhibit runs at Bush House in central London 10-12th October and is part construction, part art exhibit and part public discussion around our feelings about fat – you should all go!
